Human connection is at the forefront of love. It is very important to me that we share a deep connection and that I get to know the ins and outs of you as people in order to capture your story in the most authentic way possible. If you are looking for a stuffy person with a camera to simply show up, be a fly on the wall, and leave never to be heard from again - I might not be your girl.

From our first contact, you can expect the best communication, a safe space to express all your feelings, and a hype gal to have your back no matter what curveballs might be thrown at you during your planning process. I got you!

Inclusive PNW Wedding Photography

The world puts plenty of rules on how we live, but enough is enough when it comes to who we love.

Finding your soul’s match in another is something to celebrate, regardless of what you look like, what abilities you have, what faith you follow, and how you identify.

When we work together, my only “rule” is to love your partner fiercely. That’s honestly all I need to capture your love story on camera.

“We embarked on a full day adventure and it was epic. Emily picked out great spots and had countless ideas on how to get both candid and posed photos. Emily is much more than just a photographer, she really goes above and beyond, and makes you feel not only comfortable but a friend.”

— Ashley

“Not only did Emily get all of the shots — whether it be during the before dinner with a drone on the beach, during the most intimate ceremony moments, or while getting ready on a classic Polaroid — but she was as sweet as candy and just so easy to be around.”

— Hannah

“My partner and I secretly eloped during the pandemic. We hit the trail at 4 a.m., and Emily was a joy to spend the entire day with. I’ll be the first to say I am not someone who likes to have their photo taken, but I could not imagine a more organic experience.”

— Sarah

What is your approach to photography?

I’m a storyteller at heart, so my approach is all about capturing a day in its wholeness. I won’t recreate moments or tweak an organic scene to make it more “perfect” — documenting your day with authenticity is what my work is all about. Real life isn’t perfect, and that’s beautiful.

Do you do destination weddings?

Absolutely! I love traveling, especially when there’s a photoshoot involved. Please reach out so we can discuss your destination and I can provide a custom travel fee.

What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

Not to worry — this is why you hire a pro. I’ve got many tricks up my sleeve to help the camera-shy, the most important one being forming a relationship with you well in advance of our time together. That way I feel more like a friend than a photographer, so being natural comes easy.

How do payments work?

Half of your total fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date on my calendar; that fee is non-refundable. The rest of your balance will be due four weeks before your event or photoshoot.

How long will it take to get my photos?

Elopement and wedding galleries are delivered within eight weeks, and all other sessions galleries are delivered within four weeks. Thank you for your patience as I painstakingly edit each photo with love!

What are the next steps?

If you think you might like to work together (yay!), the next step is to inquire via my Contact page. I can confirm if I’m available for your wedding date, answer any questions you may have, and start the all-important “getting to know you” process.

What if I have another question?
